【摘要】目的:比较传统活髓切断术和部分活髓切断术治疗年轻恒牙冠折露髓的效果。方法:将48颗冠折露髓的年轻恒牙随机分为两组， 对照组24颗，采用传统活髓切断术；研究组24颗，采用部分活髓切断术，并定期观察。结果 研究组和对照组的成功率分别为91.67%和95.83%，经χ2检验无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:部分活髓切断术是治疗年轻恒牙冠折露髓后促进牙根发育的有效方法。

【Abstract】Objective To compare the effect of traditional pulptomy and partial pulptomy in young permanent incisors with complicated crown fracture.Methods 40 patients with 48 young permanent incisors with complicated fracture were treated by partial pulptomy or traditional pulptomy randomly.They were followed up timely.Results The successful rates of partial pulptomy group and traditional pulptomy group were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Partial pulptomy is an alternative method for treating young permanent incisors with complicated crown fracture.
