【摘要】目的：研究高度近视白内障摘除和人工晶体植入术的临床效果.方法：对年龄24-89岁眼轴长>26mm的39例(43只眼)，进行白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术.结果：平均随访24个月(12～48个月)，眼轴26～28mm 25只眼，术后矫正视力>0.5的22只眼，占88%，眼轴长>28mm 18只眼，术后矫正视力>0.5的4只眼，仅占22%.术后未见视网膜脱离、青光眼、角膜营养不良等并发症.结论：高度近视眼白内障行人工晶体植入术，手术并发症少，是安全有效的方法。

 【Abstract】Objective: To study of high myopia with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation clinical effect. Methods: the age 24-89 old eye axis length > 26mm in 39 cases (43 eyes ), cataract extraction and IOL implantation. Results: the average follow-up of 24 months ( 12 ~ 48 months ), eye shaft 26 ~ 28mm 25 cases, postoperative visual acuity was > 0.5 in 22 eyes, 88%, axial length > 28mm 18 cases, postoperative visual acuity was > 0.5 in 4 eyes, accounted for only 22%. Postoperative showed no retinal detachment, glaucoma, corneal dystrophy and other complications.
