  【摘要】目的：探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救与护理，总结其护理体会。方法：选取我院49例急性有机磷农药中毒的患者，给予常规解毒、彻底清除毒物及对症呼吸支持等治疗，观察记录治疗效果。结果：经治疗护理后，48例治愈，1例死亡，抢救成功率98.0%。结论：对于急性有机磷农药中毒早期诊断并及时正确进行彻底洗胃，合理选用解毒药物是治愈的关键，同时给予相应的护理干预，是抢救成功的保证。

 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, first aid and care to summarize the nursing. Methods: 49 cases of hospital acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in patients given conventional detoxification to remove toxins and symptomatic treatment of respiratory support, treatment effect observed and recorded. Results: After treatment and care, 48 patients were cured, 1 patient died, the survival rate 98.0%. Conclusions: For acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning correct early diagnosis and timely to conduct a thorough gastric lavage, rational use of drug detoxification is the key to healing, while giving appropriate nursing intervention is to ensure successful treatment ......
