【摘要】急性有机磷中毒病死率较高，及时有效清除毒物非常重要，同时，应重视血流灌流，抗胆碱药和胆碱酯酶复能剂的应用，在应用抗胆碱药时应注意阿托品化的观察及判断，避免因阿托品中毒死亡。
