NPWT治疗四肢大面积软组织缺损从二期缝合、植皮、皮瓣转移、创面缩小程度、换药频次、村料消耗、抗生素应用、住院天数，与传统治疗大面积软组织损伤比较，均有优越性。

 经过近十年的临床应用和积极发展，NPWT技术已成为处理骨科和外科多种创面的标准治疗模式。
