(广西崇左市宁明县人民医院广西崇左532200)【摘要】目的：对先天性耳前瘘管感染的手术方法和处理方法进行分析与探讨。方法：对本医院自2010年1月至2011年12月之间收治的先天性的耳前瘘管合并感染的患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结与分析。将不同的时期手术效果进行比较与分析。结果：先天性的耳前瘘管感染治疗的效果与感染后期的治疗效果并没有出现显著差异。结论：先天性的耳前瘘管感染治疗是一种有效与快捷的方法。【关键词】先天性；耳前瘘管；感染；临床分析【中图分类号】R764.43 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0188-01 【 abstract 】 objective: to congenital ear infection before the operation method and fistula treatment method is analyzed and discussed. Methods: this hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were between the ears of congenital before merger of infection in patients with fistula clinical data were retrospectively summarized and analyzed. Results: the ears of congenital infection before the effect and the treatment fistula infected the treatment effect of the late and no significant differences.
