Methods select our hospital for dental accord with a condition and willing to accept cases planting 50 cases, after tooth implant 87 pieces of planting body, including 42 pieces by planting body immediately planting methods, the rest 45 pieces in planting body after 3-4 weeks early planting, comparative analysis of the two methods of clinical effect. Results the immediate implant effective rate of 92.86%, the early implant effective rate was 93.33%, the immediate repair and 2 months after routine repair gingiva groove depth early basically the same.
