(广西百色市靖西县人民医院广西百色533000)【摘要】目的：分析小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果并指导临床实践。方法：对30例小儿病毒性心肌炎治疗情况进行深入系统的回顾性分析。结果：治愈患儿有18例，好转患儿12例，无死亡患儿病例。结论：小儿病毒性心肌炎临床效果令人较满意。如果能够在早期明确诊断和采取积极的治疗方法，将对治疗的效果产生重要而积极的影响。【关键词】小儿；病毒性心肌炎；临床效果【中国分类号】R259.42【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0143-01 【abstract】objective: to analysis the clinical effect of infantile viral myocarditis and guide the clinical practice.
