(广元市中心医院妇产科四川广元628000)【摘要】目的：对妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生情况和相关因素进行研究。方法：回顾分析我院腹腔镜妇科手术1846例的临床资料及并发症发生情况。结果：并发症发生27例，发生率为1.46%，13例需术中转开腹手术，占0.70%。结论：手术的难度及医生的经验有关。提高医务人员手术操作技能，可减少腹腔镜手术并发症的发生。【关键词】妇科手术；腹腔镜；并发症【中国分类号】R713 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0126-02 【Abstract】Objective: gynecological laparoscopic surgery complications and related factors.
