(1重庆市梁平县人民医院重庆405200)(2重庆三峡医药高等专科学校;3重庆市忠县人民医院重庆405200)【摘要】目的：利用MRI扩散加权成像(DWI)提高对超急性、急性脑梗死的诊断率。方法：对29例脑梗死患者进行DWI检查，采用SE线扫描DWI序列。结果：超急性脑梗死8例，急性脑梗死12例，亚急性脑梗死9例。结论：DWI序列加T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR，提高对超急性、急性脑梗死的明确诊断具有十分重要意义。【关键词】DWI；急性脑梗死；诊断价值【中国分类号】R743.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511(2012)04-0059-01 【Abstract】Objective The use of MRI diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) to improve the diagnosis rate of hyper-acute, acute cerebral infarction. Methods In 29 patients with cerebral infarction were examined by DWI, SE line scan DWI sequence. Results hyper-acute cerebral infarction in 8 cases, acute cerebral infarction in 12 cases and sub-acute cerebral infarction in 9 cases.
