  【摘要】 目的 了解痔舒适洗液湿敷治疗血栓外痔的疗效。方法 通过随机对照研究，将门诊95例确诊为血栓外痔的患者，随机分为治疗组60例，对照组35例。治疗组使用痔舒适洗液湿敷，对照组使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂，7天为1个疗程。结果 治疗组显示良好的治疗效果，治愈率70%，有效率86.67%；对照组治愈率20%，有效率60%。结论 痔舒适洗液湿敷治疗血栓外痔具有良好的效果，是较为可行的治疗方法之一。
