 【摘要】 校企合作共建实训基地管理体制是学校与企业合作建立共建、共管、共赢的实训基地和相应的管理体制。本文从安顺职业技术学院实施"S-ESE"人才培养模式，推行校企深度合作、共建实训基地及其管理体制改革的实践现状、面临的问题和下一步进行改革实践的思路三个方面进行了探索和研究。
