【摘要】 目的 探讨外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术原发性青光眼的护理效果 。方法 回顾我院2009年至2010年采用外路小梁切开联合小梁切除术，在治疗中实施相应护理对40例(72眼)原发性青光眼患者进行效果分析。结果 (72眼)原发性青光眼患者术后，眼压基本降至正常，随访3个月～24个月，随访期间无一例并发症。结论 通过术前加强心理护理和术中配合，术后密切观察病情变化，预防并发症，做好康复护理及出院指导，有助于患者的康复。

 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the extra-trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy for primary glaucoma care effect. Methods in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 the use of extra-trabeculotomy combined with trabeculectomy, the implementation of appropriate care in the treatment of 40 patients (72 eyes) glaucoma patients with primary effectiveness analysis. Results (72) patients with primary glaucoma, intraocular pressure returned to normal basically, follow-up 3 months to 24 months, follow-up period with no complications. Conclusion Preoperative psychological care and surgery to strengthen cooperation, after close observation of changes in condition, prevent complications, good rehabilitation care and discharge guidance to help the rehabilitation of patients. ......
