【摘要】 自2011年1月起至2011年12月止。我科采用北京四维赛洋科技有限公司代理的美国ELLMAN：LEEP刀治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂105例，结果总有效率达97.14%。随着疗效增加，疗效显著。轻度糜烂高于中度糜烂重度糜烂有显著差异。本操作简便，治疗时间短，安全，经济，无副作用。作者认为：重视术前术后护理，把好术中操作关健是保证治疗和防并发症的重要条件。
