【摘要】 目的：研究分析肺结核合并糖尿病的临床治疗方法和疗效。方法:选取肺结核合并糖尿病患者32例，回顾性分析其临床资料。根据患者的胰岛素功能、发病时间、有无并发症分为糖尿病前期、中期、后期。使用降糖药配合抗结核药物治疗观察治疗效果。结果：2月后痰菌转阴的有11例(34.38%)，这11例均为血糖控制优良的患者，3月后痰菌转阴的有17例(48.57%)，这17例也均为血糖控制优良的患者。结论：糖尿病合并肺结核两种疾病相互作用，血糖的减低对对结核的控制也有一定的作用，因此临床上要两种疾病共同治疗，药物选择上则选用经过市场验证的一线药物即可。

 【Abstract】 Objective: To study the analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus treatment methods and curative effect. Methods: 32 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus, retrospective analysis. According to the patient's insulin function, time of onset, there were no complications diabetes prophase, metaphase, divided into the late. The use of antidiabetic drugs combined with antituberculous therapy on therapeutic effect. Results: after February, the sputum negative conversion of the 11 cases ( 34.38%), 11 cases were excellent glycemic control in patients with sputum negative conversion in March, after the 17 cases (48.57% ), these 17 cases are also good glycemic control in patients with. Conclusions: diabetes mellitus combined with pulmonary tuberculosis in two kinds of disease interactions, blood sugar reducing on tuberculosis control also has certain effect, therefore clinically to two diseases common treatment, drug choice selection of market-proven first-line drugs. ......
