  【摘要】 目的 探讨化疗联合射频消融治疗结直肠癌肝转移瘤的近期疗效及安全性。方法 在全身化疗基础上，对30例结直肠癌肝转移患者结合肝转移瘤局部射频消融治疗，对照组采用与治疗组相同的全身化疗方案，但未对肝转移瘤行射频消融治疗。结果 治疗组30例结直肠癌肝转移患者总有效率66.7%，中位生存期14.8个月，明显高于单纯化疗组，且射频消融治疗组相关不良反应轻微，耐受性良好。结论 化疗联合射频消融治疗结直肠癌肝转移瘤有较好的临床疗效，可有效改善患者生活质量，延长生存期。值得临床推广应用。
