【摘要】 目的：探讨骨科患者术后疼痛的护理方法，以提高护理质量。方法：回顾性总结我科2010年1月～2010年8月对296例四肢骨折术后患者的疼痛护理经验，对病人进行疼痛评估，及时采取止痛措施，评估疼痛治疗效果，观察药物副作用并予相应处理。结果：绝大多数患者术后疼痛能够得到有效的控制，并能积极预防和发现并发症，安全渡过围手术期。结论：骨折术后患者通过积极的护理干预可以有效的减轻患者术后疼痛，促进机体康复。

 【Abstract】 objective : To improve the quality of nursing, nursing methods of orthopaedic postoperative pains were discussed. Methods: The nursing experience of 296 cases of orthopaedic postoperative pains in the Orthopaedic of the 903 Hospital from January 2010 to August 2010 was summarized. through pains of the orthopaedic postoperative patients estimated, analgesia measures were promptly taken. Moreover, through estimating results of the therapeutic effects and observation of drug side effects, further measures were correspondingly used. Results: Most of orthopaedic postoperative pains were effectively controlled, and complications were actively prevented and discovered, which helped the patients riding out the perioperative period. Conclusion: The active nursing intervention can effectively reduce orthopaedic postoperative pains of the patients and facilitate rehabilitation of their bodys. ......
