  【摘要】 目的:探讨老年肝癌合并糖尿病肝叶切除术后血糖变化趋势分析 及护理干预。方法：采用血糖仪测量并记录2006年4月至2010年12月行肝叶切除术后血糖变化趋势，记录术前、术后1h、2h、4h、8h、12h、24h、48h等时间点测量得出血糖及胰岛素用量，进行系统分析。结果：肝癌并老年糖尿病患者肝叶切除术后24h内血糖明显升高，其中术后12小时升高最明显。术后2h～4h胰岛素用量最大。结论：通过对肝癌合并老年糖尿病患者肝叶切除术后连续血糖监测及胰岛素的合理应用、术后适当护理措施以降低血糖水平，减少并发症发生，能使病人术后功能早日恢复。
