摘要：目的：比较分析老年人粗隆间骨折的半髋关节置换术与髋动力钢板内固定术的临床疗效。 方法：对本院2011年3月到2013年3月收治的老年粗隆间骨折患者进行手术治疗，24例患者行半髋关节置换术，30例行髋动力钢板内固定术。 结果：采用半髋关节置换术，患者的治疗效果较好，并发症较少。 结论：采用半髋关节置换术能够提升老年粗隆间骨折护理质量，具有临床推广价值。
