摘要 ：目的：探讨咪达唑仑持续静脉滴注治疗儿童癫痫持续状态(SE)的有效性和安全性。方法：分析我科 2007年 7月至 2010年 10月应用咪达唑仑持续静脉维持治疗儿童癫痫持续状态病例32例，总结病因、发作类型等与疗效及副作用的关系。 结果 26例SE患儿应用咪达唑仑维持治疗后痫样发作停止。咪达唑仑应用过程中无严重副作用出现。结论：应用咪达唑仑治疗儿童SE安全有效。

Abstract ： Objective The paper was to study the therapeutic effect of continuous midazolam infusion on status epilepticus (SE) in children. Method We investigated 32 cases of SE children who had been given continuous midazolam infusion during Jul 2007 to Oct 2010 in our department，in order to identify the features of therapeutic effect and side-effect of midazolam，depanding on various causes and seizure types.
