摘 要：目的：探讨中西医结合对慢阻肺稳定期患者生存质量的临床影响。方法：在我院2013年所收治的慢阻肺稳定期患者中选取40例作为此次研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组患者使用舒弗美治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗前和治疗后的生存质量有明显的差异，观察组患者治疗后的生存质量明显优于对照组患者。结论：中西医结合治疗可以有效改善患者的生存质量，值得大力推广使用。

Abstract ： objective： to study the Chinese and western medicine combined with the quality of life in patients with copd stabilization of clinical effects.
