摘要：目的：本文主要探讨分析阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效对比。方法：在我院2013年1月至12月期间所收治的患有精神分裂症的女性患者中选取40例作为此次研究对象，分别口服利培酮和阿立哌唑进行治疗。结果：阿立哌唑治疗的患者的不良反应明显比利培酮治疗的患者少。结论：阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效比利培酮好，值得临床大力推广使用。
