  摘要：目的：对恩度联合含铂类化疗药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效进行研究分析。方法：随机抽取2012年9月～2013年12月本院接诊的64例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各32例，对照组患者予以单纯常规化疗，观察组患者采用恩度联合含铂类化疗药物进行治疗。结果：观察组患者近期疾病控制率81.2%显著优于对照组68.8%，二者中位肿瘤进展平均时间以及1年内生存率比较差异显著(P0.05)，无统计学意义。结论：采用恩度联合含铂类化疗药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌，未增加患者毒副反应，且有效的提高了近期疗效，值得临床推广。

 Abstract ： objective: on the well combined with platinum chemotherapy drug treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer through analyzing the clinical curative effect. Methods: randomly in September 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital departments of 64 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients as the research object, its were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group, control group patients give simple standard chemotherapy, observation group were treated by grace degree combined with platinum chemotherapy drugs for treatment.
