  摘要:目的：探讨肠道益生菌联合茵栀黄治疗轻、中度新生儿黄疸的临床效果及机理。方法：我院近年来收治的90例轻中度新生儿黄疸患者，根据随机双盲法将患者分为观察组(肠道益生菌联合茵栀黄治疗)与参考组(茵栀黄治疗)，对两组患者临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及平均治愈时间进行观察比较。结果：观察组与参考组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.3%、68.9%，比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：肠道益生菌联合茵栀黄治疗轻、中度新生儿黄疸效果显著，能够快速促进患者痊愈，耐受性及依从性良好。

 abstract : objective: to study the intestinal probiotics combined therapy with wormwood Zhi yellow light, moderate clinical effect and mechanism of neonatal jaundice.
