摘要：目的：观察地佐辛复合丙泊酚输注麻醉应用于无痛取卵术时麻醉的安全性、可行性及有效性。方法：选择湘潭市中心医院2012年到2014年ASA I-II级60例无痛取卵术患者，随机双盲地分为2组：A组(地佐辛复合丙泊酚组，n=30)和B组(芬太尼复合丙泊酚组，n=30)。分别观测两组患者手术前、穿刺针进入卵巢时、换边穿刺时及手术后HR、SPO2、MAP、RR 和术中体动、苏醒时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS)，丙泊酚输注的总量、及术后24小时随访患者的满意度。结果：对比于B组，A组患者麻醉苏醒时间明显缩短，术中和术后不良反应发生率较B组明显降低，A组患者术中生命体征更加平稳。结论：地佐辛复合丙泊酚输注组麻醉用于无痛取卵镇痛及镇静效果对比于芬太尼复合丙泊酚输注组更佳，安全性更高，A组不良反应发生率明显低于B组，地佐新复合丙泊酚输注麻醉一种行之有效的无痛麻醉方法。

Abstract：Objective: To study the the security, feasibility and effectiveness of dezocinecombined with propofol on painless egg retrieval. Method:60 ASA I-II patients undergoing painless eggretrievalwere randomly divided into group A( propofol combined with dezocine n=30) and group B (propofol combined with fentanyl n=30).SpO2、HR、MAP、respiratoryrate(RR) were monitored before operation、the time when puncture needle into the ovary and change side puncture、after operation. Intraoperativebody movement、awake time、visual analogue scale(VAS) 、follow-up of patient satisfaction were also observed. Result：Compared with group B,the recoverytime of consciousnessand side reactions during operation in group A were much more less and have more stable vital signs ......
