  摘要：目的：探讨玻璃体切除手术治疗白内障术后感染性眼内炎实施有效的护理干预的效果。方法：对8例(8眼)白内障术后感染性眼内炎患者进行玻璃体切除术，并加强对患者的观察与实施有效的护理措施。结果：8例(8眼)患者经治疗后视力均有不同程度的提高，同时也改善了患者的生活质量。结论：通过对患者实施有效的护理及术后密切观察病情，提高手术疗效，提高患者的视功能。

 Abstract：Objective：It aims to explore the effective outcome of vitrectomy for the treatment of cataract surgery infectious endophthalmitis. Methods:We havethe vitrectomy of Cataract surgery in patients (for total 8 cases) with infectious endophthalmitis and strengthen the observation of the patients with effective nursing measures. Result:After treatment, the eyesight of each patient is enhanced (for total 8 patients ) and their life qualities are also improved. Conclusion: theeffectofoperation and the patients, visual function are both improved though the effective nursing care and closed observation.
