  摘要:目的：本文就不同雾化吸入方案治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果进行了浅显的研究和探讨。方法：选择我院自2012年12月至2013年12月期间收治的小儿支气管哮喘患者72例，将其平均分为A组B组C组，三组患者各24例，A组行沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗，B组行沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗，C组行沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合布地奈德悬液治疗。对三组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率进行观察和统计。结果：三组患者治疗效果之间的差异显著，B、C组患者的治疗效果明显优于A组患者的治疗效果，B组和C组治疗效果之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)；三组患者不良反应发生率之间的差异显著，B、C组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于A组患者，B组和C组治疗不良反应发生率之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论：多种药物联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果显著，有效提高了治疗的成功率，值得推广。

 abstract:objective: in this paper, the different schemes atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchial asthma effect has carried on the shallow study and discussion.
