  摘要：目的:探索纳洛酮与醒脑静联合应用治疗阿片类药物中毒的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月~2013年1月我院收治的80例阿片受体类药物中毒患者为研究对象，随机分成二组,治疗组40例用纳洛酮和醒脑静联合同时予补液、利尿、补充维生素等治疗; 对照组单用纳洛酮治疗。对比两组临床疗效以及苏醒时间。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，两组总有效率分别为92.5%，72.5%，组间数据比较为χ2=14.1035(P=0.0002)，治疗组轻度、中度以及重度中毒患者的苏醒时间均明显少于对照组(t=6.5412,P=0.0000)。结论:醒脑静联合纳洛酮可用于治疗阿片类药物中毒，且疗效确切，起效快。

 Naloxone and Xingnaojing in treating 40 cases of opiate poisoning

 Abstract： Objective: To explore the clinical effect of using naloxone and Xingnaojing treatment of opiate poisoning. Methods: from 2010 January ~2013 year in January in our hospital 80 cases of opioid receptor drugs poisoning patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 40 cases with naloxone and Xingnaojing associated contract for fluid infusion, diuresis, vitamin supplements and other treatment; the control group only treated with naloxone.
