  摘要:目的:探讨临床中结核病合并乙型肝炎患者应用恩替卡韦抗病毒的临床状况.[方法]回顾分析从2008年10月-2013年10月五年间我院确诊结核病合并存在乙型肝炎324例患者,在抗痨同时应用恩替卡韦抗病毒的的临床状况.结论324例患者中,212例应用恩替卡韦抗乙型肝炎病毒后, 乙肝病毒在抗痨期间能良好抑制，肝损害与非肝病患者比例接近。

 Abstract:Aim: To explore the clinical status of entecavir usage in patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B. Method: A retrospective analysis of patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B, who took entecavir and anti tuberculosis therapy at the same time in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2013 was made. Result: 324 patients were enrolled. 212 of them had good response during the anti tuberculosis therapy and few liver injury similar to patients without liver disease.
