  摘要： 目的 探讨痔上粘膜切除术(PPH)联合粘膜下痔核切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果对比研究。方法 选取2010年7月至2013年11月间在我院住院治疗的环状混合痔患者153例。随机分为PPH联合外剥内扎术组和PPH联合粘膜下痔核切除术手术组，观察两组患者术中、术后一般情况及并发症发生情况。结果PPH组在平均粘膜修复时间、术后疼痛、住院时间及肛门狭窄发生率均明显少于PPH联合外剥内扎术组，术后复发率两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 对于治疗环状混合痔的治疗，PPH联合粘膜下痔核切除术更加利于肛管粘膜修复，具有住院时间短、粘膜修复、术后疼痛时间短及肛门狭窄发生率低的优点，值得推广和普及。
