  摘要：目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后的护理技巧，为今后临床护理提供参考和借鉴。方法 本研究随机选取我院2013年1月2013年6月期间行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者89例，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予术后常规护理，观察组则在对照组基础之上给予饮食护理、引流管护理、并发症护理，对比分析两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度。结果 观察组的并发症率为10.20%明显少于对照组的40.00%(χ2=24.0000，P=0.0000)； 观察组的护理满意度为95.92%明显高于对照组的65.00%(χ2=30.6100，P=0.0000)。结论给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者饮食护理、引流管护理、并发症护理等全面术后护理，能有效地减少并发症的发生，提高护理满意度，促进医患和谐，护理效果显著，值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。

 Abstract： Objective: To investigate the nursing skills after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, in order to provide reference for future clinical nursing.
