摘要：本文采用高效液相色谱法测定虎杖提取物中白藜芦醇含量。测定条件: Hypersil ODS2-C18柱(4.6×250mm, 5μm),流动相为甲醇：水( 40：60) ,检测波长: 303 nm，流速：1.0ml/min。结果表明:白藜芦醇在0. 4~2. 0μg 范围内具良好的线性关系, 相关系数= 0. 9998,平均回收率为 98. 19%(n=3)。结论：本方法操作简便快速，结果准确可靠，适于虎杖提取物中自藜芦醇的测定。

Abstract: In this paper, the determination of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum extract by hplc. Determination of conditions: Hypersil ODS2-C18 column ( 4.6 × 250mm, 5 μ m ), mobile phase of methanol: water ( 40:60 ), the detection wavelength: 303nm, flow rate: 1.0ml·min. Results: resveratrol has good linear relationship in the 0 4~2. 0 μg range, correlation coefficient = 0.9998, the average recovery rate was 98.19% ( n=3 ). Conclusion: the method is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, and is suitable for determination of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum extract ......
