  摘要：目的：通过总结肝硬化合并消化道出血的最新治疗方法，旨在临床上科学有效的治疗肝硬化合并消化道出血患者，达到最好的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年1月-2013年12月在我院接受肝硬化合并消化道出血的86例患者的最新治疗方式，记录治疗效率。结果： 82例患者治疗有效，无效3例，死亡1例。结论：及时的止血、保护胃黏膜、维持水电平衡等治疗能显著提高肝硬化合并消化道出血的治疗有效率。

 Abstract： Objective: To summarize the treatment of liver cirrhosis combined with hemorrhage of digestive tract, to clinical scientific and effective treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with alimentary tract hemorrhage, achieve the best clinical effect. Methods: in 2012 January -2013 year in December to accept the new therapy for 86 cases of liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in our hospital, the treatment efficiency of record. Results: 82 patients with effective treatment, 3 cases were ineffective, 1 cases of death. Conclusion: timely hemostasis, protect the gastric mucosa, maintain water balance therapy can significantly improve the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage in cirrhosis of the liver has efficiency ......
