摘要：目的：探讨在输尿管结石的临床诊断中实施B超检查的临床意义及价值。方法：我院收治的62例输尿管结石病例进行随机数字表法分组，每组各有病例31例，将实施B超诊断者设为A组，将实施16层螺旋CT检查者设为B组，评估两组病例的诊断结局。结果：A组经诊断并确诊者28例，漏诊、误诊3例，检出率是90.3%，与B组的100%较为接近，且经统计学软件处理，提示差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论：为输尿管结石实施B超诊断可取得相对理想的诊断符合率，并且诊断成本低，具有安全、无创的特点。
