【摘要】目的:调查临床护士对针刺伤防护认知和行为,探讨提升护士处理职业暴露执行率的有效方法。 方法:对全院264名临床护士采用自行设计的针刺伤刚户的认知和行为问卷进行调查评估。 结果:绝大多数护士对针刺伤危害有正确认识,掌握防护措施,而对医源性感染护理风险管理意识淡薄。针对伤后执行护理风险管理职业防护报告制度、报告程序,建档进行风险评估,追踪处理仅有15.9%。 结论:护士对针刺伤损害防护认知和行为的提升与护士自身因素及医院管理者关心、重视有关。医院应加强护士对职业风险管理意识和行为督促教育,并为临床护士提供有效的职业防护措施,提高防护依从性和执行率。

Clinical investigation on strengthening the awareness and behavior of the nurse about protection of Needle-stick injuries.

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the awareness and behavior of the clinical nurse about protection of needle-stick injures , exploring the effective ways for the clinical nurses to strengthen the execution efficiency of dealing with the occupationalexposure properly. Methods 264 clinical nurses of the hospital were investigated and evaluated using a self-designed questionnaire on awareness and behavior of needle-stick injures. Results the majority of the nurses had correct recognization of the needle-stick injuries and mastered the protective measures, but having weal awareness of nursing risk management of the iatrogenic infection only about 15.9% of the nurses executed the nursing risk management and occupational protection reporting system and reporting procedure, establishing file for risk evatication ,tracing and processing after needle-stick injuries. Conclusion Strengthening the nurses awateness and behavior of needle-stick injuries was related with self-factors of nurses and the caring and attention of the hospital . The hospital shoceld deepen the education on the awareness and behavior of the occupational risk management and provide effective occupational protective measures for clinical nurses, this improving the protective alliance and the execution efficiency. ......
