【摘要】目的:研究运用关节镜的微创技术有效清除死骨及准确植入骨髓间重质干细胞治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的手术配合。方法:通过关节镜监视下髓芯减压,将自体干细胞体外培养回植。结果:所有随访病人根据百分法 评价股骨头缺血性坏死疗效,优16例,良8例,可2例,优良率92.3%,所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合。结论 此手术要求护士具备严格的无菌观念,熟练的技术操作和扎实的理论基础,通过与手术医生、麻醉师的密切配合保证手术的完成。

 Operation compounding of autoallergic stem cell in vitro transplanted by marrow core decompression on arthroscope.

 【Abstract】Objective To probe into operati0n compounding of treatment for early osteonecrosis of femoral head by utility reseted bone seguestrum and exactly implanted marrow stromal stem cells on arthroscope. Method Marrow core decompression by autoallergic stem cell in vitro culture transplanted on arthroscope .Result All follw-up patients were evaluated by hundred evaluation of osteonecrosis of femoral head therapeutic effect,excellent were 16 cases ; good were 8 ,common were 2 ,rate of fine were 92.3%. All incisions were Ι stageconcrescence.Conclusion Nurses in operation were provided with strict concept,killed technique manipulate and stong tationale. In close operation between doctor and anesthetist to guarantee operation to proceed smoothly . ......
