【摘要】目的:探讨肌电图在糖尿病末梢神经炎临床应用价值。方法:采用肌电图仪检测40例糖尿病患者肢体感觉神经及运动神经传导速度。结果:肌电图可早期发现糖尿病末梢神经炎患者周围神经损伤性改变。 结论:糖尿病患者肌电图可作常规检查,肌电图检测是早期发现糖尿病末梢神经炎的良好指标。

【Abstract】Objective:Toinvestigate the clinical application values of electromyography in diabeteswith peripheral polyneuritis Methods: Sensory and motor nerve con Duction velocities were examinated in40diabetespatients by the use of electromyog RaphyResults:Electromyogeaphy results showed that the injured changes of peripheral nerves were found early in diabetespatients with the peripheral polyneuritis.Conclusin:Electomy ography can be as akind ofrou -tine examination in diabetespatients.The examination of electrophysiography is an excellerionto finddiabetes peripheral polyneuritis early.
