【摘要】目的:探讨印片细胞学检查在乳腺病变术中诊断的价值,提高术中快速诊断的准确率。方法:对72例乳腺病变术中冷冻切片检查病例并同时进行印片细胞学及冷冻切片诊断,与术后石蜡切片诊断对比分析。结果:72例乳腺肿块术中冷冻切片确诊68例,确诊率94.44%;印片细胞学确诊67例,确诊率93.05%,二者共同确诊70例,确诊率97.22%。结论:乳腺病变术中印片细胞学检查,与冷冻切片诊断相互补充,联合应用可提高术中诊断准确率,降低冷冻切片的误诊率。

Diagnosing Analysis of Imprint Cytologyduring Operation from 72 Cases with Breast Masses

【Abstract】Objective:To study the diagnosing value of imprint cytology and to improve the accuracy of the rapid intraopera2 tive diagnosis of breast masses.Methods:72 cases with breast masses were detected by both imprint cytology and frozen section during operation,and the results were compared with the postoperation histopathologic diagnosis.Results:68 cases were diag2 nosed correctly with frozen section (68/72,94.44%),67were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology(67/72,93.05%),and 70 cases were diagnosed correctly by combination of imprint cytology and frozen section(70/72,97.22%).Conclusions:Combination of imprint cytology and frozen section detection during operation could increase the accuracy of rapid imtraoperative diagnosis of breast masses. ......
