【摘要】 目的:探讨金属烤瓷冠修复后出现的并发症及解决方法。方法:对46例57个金属烤瓷冠修复后出现的并发症进行解析,并采取相对应的处理措施。结果:修复后出现的并发症有瓷崩裂、慢性牙龈炎、食物嵌塞、咬合痛、急性牙髓炎、修复体松动脱落、基牙松动、美观方面问题。牙龈炎是常见并发症。结论:为了减少金属烤瓷冠修复后的并发症应严格遵守设计原则和制作要求。

 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the PFM after repair of the complications and solutions. Methods: 46 cases of 57 PFM complications after repair to resolve, and take corresponding measures. Results: The repair of complications after breaking porcelain, chronic gingivitis, food impaction, occlusal pain, acute pulpitis, prosthesis loosening off, loose abutment, aesthetic aspects. Gingivitis is a common complication. Conclusion: PFM in order to reduce complications after repair should be strict adherence to design principles and production requirements.
