【摘要】目的:探讨高龄老年髋部骨折的护理措施,保障及深化护理质量和护理安全。方法:对44例高龄老年髋部骨折患者的治愈情况及护理措施进行回顾性总结。结果:全组44例患者中,治愈出院37例,要求放弃治疗签字出院5例,死亡2例,出现并发症10例。结论:只有将心理护理、疼痛护理、病情观察、并发症干预、功能锻练指导等措施真正全面落实到高龄老年髋部骨折患者中,护理质量和护理安全才能得到保障和深化。

 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate elderly hip fracture in elderly nursing measures to protect and deepen the quality of care and care of security.
