【摘要】目的:探讨护理工作在高血压脑出血超早期手术中的作用。方法:2003年3月至2008年5月共行高血压脑出血超早期手术23例,术前救治脑疝、缩短准备时间,术后稳定病人血压,预防和观察有无再出血。结果:未留任何后遗症,可参加一定体力劳动者8例,生活自理者5例,生活需有人照顾者4例,死亡6例,病死率26%。结论:护理工作中以最优化的程序完成各项手术前准备工作,争取超早期手术的最佳时机以及术后控制血压,预防和观察有无再出血是使手术取得满意效果的关键。
