【摘要】目的：探讨一例消化系统多器官粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤的临床病理特点，并复习有关文献。方法：结合有关临床资料，复习本病例所有HE切片，应用免疫组化法标记CD20、CD3、CD5、CD10、CD23、CyclinD1、bcl-2和KI-67。结果：免疫表型CD20+、bcl-2+、CD23+/-、KI-67+，CD3-、CD5- 、CD10-、CyclinD1-，诊断为粘膜相关淋巴瘤。结论：结外粘膜相关淋巴瘤是一种低度恶性的B细胞淋巴瘤，其临床行为受淋巴细胞归巢的影响。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the clinical and pathologic characteristics of MALT lymphoma. The article was provided with a case of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(MALT lymphoma) of multiple organ in digestive system,and associated articles were reviewed.Methods All HE sections of the case were reviewed,and the expression of CD20、CD3、CD5、CD10、CD23 、CyclinD1 、bcl-2and KI-67 was studied by using immunohistochemistry(SP method).The clinical data was also analysed.Results Positive expression of CD20、bcl-2、CD23、KI-67 and negative of CD3、CD5、CyclinD1、CD10 is helpful in making a pathological diagnosis of MALT lymphoma .Conclusion MALT lymphoma of Extra-lymphnode is a kind of low-grade m alignant B-cell lymphoma.Its clinic behavior is affected by lymphocyte homing. ...... 第 1 2 页 下一页
