【摘要】目的：评价高频超声检测对老年人颈动脉粥样硬化的临床应用价值。 方法：对322例老年人双侧颈动脉行高频彩超检查分析。结果：年龄是影响颈动脉结构的重要因素。斑块好发于颈动脉分叉处，而且大多为不稳定斑块。结论：高频彩超能早期发现老年人颈动脉硬化斑块，反映颈动脉的病变情况，对干预心脑血管病变具有重要的临床应用价值。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinic value of High-frequency ultrasound for the diagnostic of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients. Methods: 322 cases of elderly patients by high frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler Sonography were examined for bilateral carotid arteries. Results: Age was the important factor that affected the carotid structure in the elderly patients. Carotid atherosclerotic plaques were more liadle to be found at the bifurcation and were unstable plaques. Conclusion: Examination of carotid with color Doppler could be considered as an early method to diagnose carotid atherosclerosis and could exactly reflect the damage of carotid artery. in elderly patients. It had an important clinic value for intervene in the disease of heart brain and vessel. ......
