【摘要】目的：探讨早产儿不同给氧方式的疗效及护理。方法：回顾分析78例早产儿，根据患儿缺氧程度，予不同给氧方式及护理管理。结果：对早产儿选择合适的吸氧方式，按需吸痰，加强保暖，预防低体温，无发生早产儿视网膜病及死亡。结论：以最低氧浓度，维持患儿血氧分压在50~80mmHg之间可减少出现因用氧浓度和时间过长出现的氧毒性，并促进早产儿的康复。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the efficacy and care of different forms of oxygen in premature infants. Methods：Retrospective analysis of 136 cases of premature infants, according to the degree of hypoxia in children, to different ways of oxygen and nursing management. Results：Premature infants on oxygen choose the right way, on-demand suction to enhance warm to prevent hypothermia, without the occurrence of retinopathy of prematurity and death. Conclusion：The lowest oxygen concentration, the maintenance of children with partial pressure of oxygen in the blood between 50 ~ 80mmHg can be a result of reduced oxygen concentration and length of oxygen toxicity occurs, and to promote the rehabilitation of prematurity. ......
