【摘要】目的：探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法：采用补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症48例，进行疗效评分。结果：基本痊愈6例，占12.5%；显效27例，占56.25% ；有效11例，占22.3% ；无效4倒，占8.3% 。总有效率91.7%。结论：补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效显著，效果满意。

 48 Cases of Seq1leI of Apoplexy Treated with Buyanghuanwu Decoction

 【Abstract】Purpose: Probe into the clinical curative effect of add-medicine-or-subtract-medicine treatment based on Buyanghuanwu decoction for apoplexy of sequela.Method: Applying Buyanghuanwu decoction's add-or-subtract treatment to treat 48 cases of apoplexy of sequela ,evaluating and grading the curative effect. Result: Six cases have been basically recovered, accounting for 12.5% of the total.Twenty cases have had noticeable effect, taking up 56.25% of the total. Eleven cases have had effective result, accounting for 22.3% of the total.Four caseshave had invalid effect, taking up 8.3% of the total. The overall curative effect reaches 91.7%.
