【摘要】目的：探讨急性下肢动脉阻塞取栓术后并发症骨筋膜室综合征的治疗。方法：回顾性分析1997年11月至2008年12月我院血管外科8例急性下肢动脉阻塞取栓术后骨筋膜室综合征的治疗。结果： 5例保守治疗痊愈，3例保守治疗后行切开减压术，其中1例术后截肢，1例术后急性肾功能衰竭，血透后恢复；无死亡。结论：根据病程的不同及时采用对应的治疗方法是治疗急性下肢动脉阻塞取栓术后骨筋膜室综合征的关键。

 The Therapy of Osteofascial Compartment Syndrome after the Treatment for Acute Ischemia of Lower Extremities

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the effective therapy of osteofascial compartment syndrome after the treatment for acute ischemia of lower extremities. MethodFrom Nov 1997 to Dec 2008, 8 cases of osteofascial compartment syndrome were therapied by combination of endovascular intervention and traditional surgical thrombectomy after the treatment for acute ischemia of lower extremities. The complications were analysed. ResultsExpectant treatment was intruduced first;5 cases were cured; 3 cases were open decompressed, 1 case was amputated extremity, 1 case was acute renal failure,it was cured after haemodialysis.It was no death.
