【摘要】目的:探讨人工流产后即时放置宫内节育器的临床效果。方法：于人工流产后立即放置宫内节育器，之后随访观察。结果：380例经1年随访观察，成功率达96.15%，终止率仅3.85%，月经异常，腹痛及宫内节育器脱落等副作用发生率低。本组未发现感染、大出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论:人工流产后即时放置宫内节育器能有效及时地使妇女得到避孕保护，是值得推广的避孕方法。
