  【摘要】目的：探讨国产利培酮在治疗精神分裂症的疗效、安全性及经济性。方法：对120例门诊或住院精神分裂症患者使用国产利培酮治疗6周，分别于治疗前后进行阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)测查。结果：治疗第一周末，PANSS总分及分量表分与基线比较，即有明显降低(P=0.000)，PANSS总减分率为1 3.2%。治疗第6周末，PANSS总分减分率达68.1%，治疗有效率76.5%，发生不良反应61次，主要不良反应：静坐不能、震颤、肌张力障碍等，且程度轻微。每粒国产利培酮较进口利培酮少1.45元。结论：国产利培酮治疗精神分裂症有效安全、经济。

 【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the domestic risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia, safety and economy.
