【摘要】目的：探讨低分子肝素钠在活体肾脏移植缺血再灌注损伤功能恢复中的作用。方法：以解放军总医院第二附属医院全军器官移植中心活体肾脏移植117例为研究对象，其中供体灌注加用肝素组75例，供体灌注无肝素对照组42例，通过卡方检验分析两组术后移植肾功能的恢复情况。结果：对照组5例术后出现移植肾功能延迟恢复，其中3例经肾脏穿刺证实为急性肾小管坏死，移植肾功能在15~20d后逐渐恢复正常；肝素组术后移植肾功能恢复良好，尿量正常，无延迟恢复现象，血清肌酐在15d内均恢复正常。两组比较差异显著(P2 SHI Bing-yI2

 【Abstract】 To analyze the function of Low Molecular Heparin in ischemical reperfusion injury in Living Donor Renal Transplantation. Methods: 117 Living Donor Renal Transplantation had been selected as study object, include 75 renal donator perfused with Low Molecular Heparin and 42renal donator perfused without Low Molecular Heparin. Analyze the variation of renal function after operation between two groups. Results: There were 5 cases appeared delayed renal graft function in the group without Low Molecular Heparin.
