【摘要】目的：探索新型农村合作医疗工作的管理方法。方法：自行设计网络信息化管理。结果：提高了服务质量，使新农合工作在不断修正中稳步运行，促进了新农合管理的科学化、现代化进程。结论：网络信息化的管理方法及时、准确、方便、快捷、省时、省力；控制严格、指导有力、规范利民，增加了两个效益，是新型农村合作医疗管理的最佳手段，值得推广、尝试。
